I've had this hair in for 3 days. The lace is OKAY (not super thin but not too thick/strong). A stylist installed it for me. I use flexi rods, mousse, and a 1" curling iron and the hair can hold a curl pretty good. I brush the hair about 2x in a 10-hour period of wearing the hair. However, I've had this in for 3 days. I can see that this hair may tangle. Not bad. My first time buying hair from amazon. My pictures are the ones with the butterfly . My stylist was able to achieve a side part by cocking the unit to the side a bit as well. 4/5 stars because i wish the hair was a bit softer/silkier/higher quality. I will probably keep this unit in for 2 weeks max because I prefer kinky/yaki texture hair anyways and this hair probably won't hold up real good past a month. I'll post an update later.UPDATE after 2 weeks: It got tangled and matted a bit at the nape. I washed, conditioned and blow dried and it is now like new. Minimal shedding.
